great views but limited dining options
The beautiful location offered stunning views of the desert, creating a magical ambiance. Our spacious double room was both comfortable and elegantly styled. The cozy atmosphere in the inner courtyard made for a delightful evening dinner under the stars, complemented by a charming garden view.
However, the dinner menu lacked variety and could have benefited from more diverse options.

Really nice place! We got upgraded to a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool and sand dunes. The staff was super nice and the pool was refreshing in the heat. Dinner was simple but fine. A great experience.

The pool area offers breathtaking views of the dunes. However, the dinner lacked variety and felt unimpressive. Don't miss the exciting camel rides and organized tours.

Ah, the international dishes were quite the festive spread! And let’s not skip over that delightful pool—oh-so-refreshing after a Sahara adventure. The room was exceptionally spacious, with a fridge for those late-night snacks! Pure bliss.
Dinner lacked variety, sticking to a more European vibe. While it wasn't bad, having more choices would’ve added that needed spice to our evenings.

The AC in the room was underpowered, leaving it uncomfortably warm!!! The pool loungers and umbrellas could definitely use some maintenance to provide a better experience for guests!!! No bar on-site was disappointing!!!

Great location, with a stunning view of the Sahara dunes. The room was vast and came with a fridge, which was perfect for storing drinks. The pool area offered a refreshing escape from the heat of the desert. I appreciated the warm atmosphere in the inner courtyard for dinner under the stars, which created a unique dining experience. However, the dinner options were limited, and we found it only adequate rather than memorable. The staff was friendly, but some could have been more attentive in the dining area. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep up with the warm temperatures, which made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it had highlights, but the food variety and room temperature could use improvements.

absolutely underwhelmed by my stay, especially when the AC was hardly effective, leaving me stifling in the heat. and the dinner—oh dear—such a lack of options! as if that wasn't enough, I expected a complimentary bottle of water or some gracious gesture upon my arrival but received nothing, just like my dignity shattered!

Staying here was a wonderful experience for my family. The views from our suite over the pool deck to the sand dunes were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The pool area offered a refreshing retreat after a day of adventure, and the spacious family room made it easy for us to relax together. The excellent breakfast provided each morning gave us the perfect start for our explorations.
While the dining options were decent, they could have benefited from a bit more variety.
